Cool Summer Treat on a Hot Summer Day

Seriously, I L-O-V-E this idea.  I have to admit that I am not a huge fan of ice cream (or sweets for that matter), but I do like just one scoop on a hot summer day and would definitely scoop one of these off the waiters trays!  What could be more fabulous than offering your guests a quick, cool treat at your summer wedding.
