I cannot tell you how thrilled and honored I am to be guest posting today for Naomi!  Naomi and I met through Twitter, and once we started tweeting...we haven't stopped.  I have had the opportunity to met Naomi in person, and I loved her even more...if that's possbile!

So of course I had to create something special for you, her lovely readers!  And as I was racking my brain for ideas I realized that I was starving (nothing new for me)...and what I really wanted was a snack.  All of this led to me thinking that I love snacks, as do many people I am sure.   I especially love late night snacks at weddings.  These are becoming more and more popular these days, so why not do something a little different?  How about a snack carrier that can be given to guests towards the end of the night?  They can either eat them or take them home.   And here is the snack carrier that I created filled with a root beer, a chocolate topped rice krispy treat, peanuts and and popcorn...

First measure the height of the carrier, and cut your paper to size.  Next you will want to cover all areas of the carrier that have writing.  Use the carrier as a template.  To hold the paper in place I used double sided tape and it worked beautifully.  You can fill the carrier with just about any type of snack you think your guests might like.  You can incorporate snack foods like the first picture, but just fill with different items like an orange sode, whoopie pie and some chips...

Or breakfast items like a muffin, tea, honey and bottle of water...

Or use as a favor for your guest to take home.  I filled this one with a mini bottle of wine, some crackers, salami, garlic stuffed olives and pirouette's wrapped in parchment paper with a small band around it out of the same paper..

There are lots of other ways in which to use this cute carrier.  Just a couple of them that I thought of are:  use as a casual centerpiece and fill with vases and flowers, use as a utensils holder, or condiment holder, it is also a great way to make sure your bridal party get something to eat during the preparation.  Let your imagination go, and see what else you can come up with!

I sure hope you enjoyed this post, as I certainly enjoyed creating it for you.  Thanks sissy for asking me to guest post for you...any time my dear!
