I am a firm believer in 'The Cocktail Hour.'  It doesn't have to be anything elaborate - one drink that is of significance to the bride and groom, garnished with a slice of fruit is not only simple, but stunning and special.

    Ditto. I always recommend a cocktail hour. It breaks up the day and is always a hit with guests.
