Homemade: Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread

So last week's 'Homemade' post was Baked Cinnamon Sugar Donuts - yum!  However, when I happened to run across this drool worthy (yep, I said it) Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread, I couldn't help but think that this too would be a fabulous late night snack... 

And if that isn't torture enough...here's a little close-up for you...

Okay, I have to tell you that I just happened upon these pictures and recipe, and of course I had to share with you what now I am craving.  You can find the recipe for this deliciousness right here, on Joy the Baker's blog.  And with 670 comments (no that isn't a typo),  I guess I am not the only one over the moon about this recipe.  So I am pretty sure that your guests would LOVE this as a late night snack!

P.S. - It would be so CUTE to give jars of cinnamon sugar as favors with this recipe attached, no?

...with fresh veggies, bread, herbs and flowers!  I love the feel of this table! It's homey and natural...makes you want to sit right down with friends and stay for a long chat.  A wonderful harvest table, no?

Simple to do by adding some fresh veggies, herbs, bread and flowers that are in season.    

And the clincher for me?  This mini cake with fresh lilacs on top...

~ tuesday thought: brand yourselves ~

I absolutely adore Flour Pot Bakery's branding and paper goods...

Flour Pot's name is adorable, as is the little whimsical flourish underneath.  And how cute is the menu on the baguette bag?  Fabulous!

Well here's your Tuesday Thought:  As Flour Pot did with their name, why don't you "brand" yourselves?  And you use these at your wedding with your branding on them!  I would use the flat lunch card as an invitation, the cookie bag to hold the menus in at each place setting, and the baguette bag...well if you remember my ~ who says ~ post about the bread truck...then you already know I am a HUGE fan of offering these up as favors to guests!  With each one personalized they would be fabulous don't you think?

...you can't have a truck full of bread to offer your guests as favors?

I have to tell you this is exactly what I want to do.  I'll have a person dressed up as a baker (big hat and all), standing at the back of a vintage truck full of fresh loaves with big tongs that he uses to pull one out and slide into a personalized paper sleeve that he then hands to the guest. 

And do you remember the olive oil favor post last week?  (See it here.)  Well, I would make some dipping oil out of it and offer it to guests as well!  Yummy.
